Student Travel Grant Application

The WDA Student Travel Grant is designed to support and promote educational development by assisting students in attending professional conferences. Please read the following rules and regulations carefully:

Eligibility Requirements:

Current Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled as students in an accredited Denturist program at the time of application.
WDA Student Membership: Applicants must be active Student Members of the WDA (Washington Denturist Association). If you are not a current member, you can join here. (Student membership is free!)
Application Submission: Applicants must complete and submit the application form.

Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted no later than February 28th, 2025.

Notification: Applicants will be notified of their application status by March 12th, 2025.

Grant Benefits:

The recipient of this grant will receive complimentary registration to the WDA conference.
The grant also includes complimentary hotel lodging for the duration of the conference.
$50 gas reimbursement

General Rules:

Only complete applications received by the deadline will be considered.
The WDA reserves the right to verify the eligibility and membership status of applicants.
Travel grants are awarded at the discretion of the WDA and subject to availability of funds.
This award is valid only for the 2025 WDA Annual Conference and cannot be applied to any other event or future conferences.

By submitting an application, students agree to abide by these rules and any additional requirements as specified by the WDA.
